Order Processing:

• All orders confirmed before 12:00 Seoul time are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Processing includes checking the availability of goods, packaging and preparation for shipment. Order processing time does not include shipping time.

Delivery types:

1. Standard Delivery:

• Approximately takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the location of the recipient.
• Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery region.

1. Express delivery:

• Delivery takes from 3 to 5 business days (according to the policy of the shipping company and may vary depending on the region of delivery)
• Express shipping costs are higher than standard shipping.

International delivery:

• MIKFY delivers products worldwide.
• The cost and timing of international delivery depend on the destination country and the selected delivery method.
• Please be aware of possible customs duties and taxes that may be imposed by your country.

Order tracking:

• After submitting your order, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the route of your package.

Conditions and restrictions:

• In the event of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical problems or carrier delays, we will endeavor to contact you to inform you of the situation.
• MIKFY is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please make sure your address is correct and complete when placing your order.

Payment:

Refund:

• You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exceptions:

• Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and hygiene standards.

3. Return conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. You must provide a cash receipt or sales receipt.

4. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for return instructions and shipping address. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your card or bank account within 14 days.

5. Incomplete return:

• In the event that the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer may be responsible for a reduction in the value of the item.
